2. Services and Treatments

All services and treatments provided by Perfectly Sculpted Clinic are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2.1 Treatment Suitability

We will assess your suitability for treatments during your consultation. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or medications that could affect your treatment.

2.2 Results

While we strive to achieve the best results for every client, results may vary depending on individual circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge of up to 50% of the treatment cost.

3.1 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened accordingly, but you will still be charged the full price of the treatment.

4. Payment Policy

Payments must be made in full at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and other payment methods as displayed in our clinic.

4.1 Deposits

For certain treatments, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment.

5. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

6. Liability

We will not be held liable for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable or that results from your failure to provide accurate information regarding your health and medical history.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with your treatment, please inform us as soon as possible so we can address your concerns. Complaints must be made in writing within 7 days of the treatment.
